Demo Access — Confidentiality Agreement

Before accessing this demonstration, please read and agree to the following terms. This is a confidential evaluation and your access is personal and non-transferable.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Deck Estimator application, including all underlying software, calculation algorithms, user interface design, data structures, and associated materials (collectively, the "Software"), is the exclusive intellectual property of EstiFlow and its developer. The Software is protected by copyright law and international treaties. No part of the Software may be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse-engineered, decompiled, disassembled, or derived from in whole or in part without the express written consent of EstiFlow.

2. Confidential Nature of this Demo

This demonstration is provided solely for evaluation purposes to {{ $tenant->company_name }}. The Software and any information disclosed herein is confidential and proprietary. You agree:

Not to disclose, share, or distribute this demo URL or access credentials to any third party.
Not to screenshot, record, or otherwise capture the Software for distribution or analysis.
Not to inspect, extract, or copy any code, algorithms, calculations, or technical implementation details.
Not to use browser developer tools to examine, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the application.
Not to use any knowledge gained from this demo to develop a competing or similar product.
Not to attempt to circumvent any security measures, access restrictions, or technical protection mechanisms.
To notify EstiFlow immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access.

3. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

Code Inspection: Using browser developer tools, network monitors, or any other means to inspect, analyze, or extract source code, API calls, algorithms, or data structures.
Data Extraction: Copying, scraping, downloading, or extracting pricing data, product information, calculation formulas, or any other proprietary data.
Reverse Engineering: Attempting to determine how the Software functions through observation, testing, disassembly, or any other means.
Replication: Creating, commissioning, or assisting in the development of any software that replicates, mimics, or is derived from this Software.
Competitive Use: Using insights gained from this demo to inform, guide, or assist any competitive product development.

4. Permitted Use

Access is granted solely for internal evaluation by authorised employees or representatives of {{ $tenant->company_name }}. The Software may not be used for any commercial purpose without a separate written licence agreement with EstiFlow.

5. No Warranty

This demo is provided "as is" for evaluation purposes. Pricing and material estimates generated are indicative only and should not be relied upon for commercial quotations without verification.

6. Consequences of Breach

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access and may subject you and your organization to legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs. EstiFlow reserves all rights to pursue all available remedies under law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
